Movie Review: The Last Song

So Jackie wanted me to continue these... and I may... to an extent. But I know she wanted me to write something on this one, perhaps because she enjoys it soo much... but I don't want to let her down or be mean. So... I'll try my best.

I watched this the other day with Jackie, knowing full well that the movie was a romance, a Nicholas Sparks romance at that. I mean he is very well known, in the movie world, in the romance world and in literature. However in this era, where movies are (sadly) more prevalent than books, he is most well known for his movie adaptations.

Movies he is known for:
- A Walk to Remember
- The Notebook
- Nights in Rodanthe
- Dear John
(And there is a fifth, Message in a Bottle)
and now....

-The Last Song

I shall never finish this post. It was started ages ago.... all I know is that I critiqued the movie and it was not my favorite.... They fell in love so quickly that I cannot accept it as any form of reality.
